I possess 15 years' experience in Lean, Six Sigma and Change management. Schola has successfully guided organizations such as Raytheon, Teradyne, Chevron Oil and Gas production and San Joaquin Community Hospital (SJCH) Lean Sigma deployment. Currently she is the Director of Lean Sigma at SJCH, Schola led the cultural transformation of the hospital to a lean six sigma culture with great result. I have trained and mentored hundreds of staff in the methodologies. She has certified Green and Black Belts and mentored executive, middle management and front line staff. She is recognized by my peer as a leader in process improvement and strategic planning.
